Atheists to challenge kenyas pope holiday

Atheists to challenge Kenya's Pope holiday .
Thousands of Kenyans are expected to line the streets of the capital, Nairobi, to welcome Pope Francis for his three-day stay. But an atheist group has said it will challenge in court a government decision to declare Thursday a holiday in honour of the pontiff, local media reports. The small Atheists in Kenya group said the decision was unconstitutional. "The constitution clearly states that there shall be no state religion. We cannot have the government acting religiously," its leader Harrison Mumia said, Nation FM radio station reports.
