President Obama probably thinks Kanye West for President is a joke! Pres Obama is in attendance alongside 1,300- Democratic National Committee at Warfield Theater in SF for DNC fundraiser and the supporters are reportedly paying between $250 and $10,000 per person. Obama, of course, made note of this during his speech at the DNC gathering:

“Kanye is thinking about running for Speaker of the House,” Obama joked to attendees shortly before the proceedings began. “Couldn’t get any stranger, but in case Kanye’s serious about this whole POTUS thing or, as he calls it, Peezy, I do have some advice for him: Saying that you have a beautiful dark twisted fantasy? That’s what’s known as off-message in politics. [Also] do you really think that this country is going to elect a guy from the South Side of Chicago with a funny name to be president?”
