Commander in chief

Last week it was reported that the president ordered a raid targeting oil thieves in the Niger delta. They are  located in one of the akwa ibom communities. This left 25militants dead and 350 civilians dead.
The squad to face book haram is so reliable that shekarau will be shiting in his pants as we speak.  There's only one rule if you are a president elect and commander in chief.
